Full-Service Wedding Coordination
We handle personal décor setup and breakdown and stay with you from the start of the day (when you're getting ready) through the end (30 minutes after the reception has ended) — so the day feels calm, intentional, and fully taken care of. You get 2(+) assistants on wedding day.
Wedding Coordination + Decor Set Up
This is focused strictly on executing the plans you’ve already made. I step in shortly before the wedding ceremony to run the timeline, manage vendors, and oversee the day itself, without ongoing planning support or décor breakdown. Only one of us is with you on wedding day.
We recommend booking Katelyn Maureen Co. services at least 6 to 12 months in advance for coordination packages to ensure availability, however, we have a great team to accommodate even a couple month's notice.
We recommend booking us for full service wedding planning as soon as possible, after saying "yes".
I do have a team of amazing, hard workers! We are all passionate about the wedding industry and have SO MUCH fun at each wedding we attend. You can rest assure your wedding day is backed up by eager members of the Katelyn Maureen Co. Team and someone is always ready to jump in.
