Katelyn Maureen Co. offers wedding planning services including venue selection, vendor management, event design, set up and tear down and day-of coordination.

We recommend booking Katelyn Maureen Co. services at least 6 to 12 months in advance to ensure availability, however, we have a great team to accommodate even a couple month's notice.

 Our wedding management package is our most popular choice, offering comprehensive support to ensure your special day runs smoothly. With the wedding management package, you'll benefit from two in-person meetings: an initial consultation and a detailed session closer to the wedding date. You'll also enjoy unlimited email support, attendance at the walkthrough (if scheduled at a mutually convenient time), assistance with the decoration take-down, a dedicated lead coordinator for 10 hours, and an additional assistant for 6 hours. These services start as soon as you book with us, really picking up a couple months prior to your wedding.

On the other hand, our day-of coordination package provides essential support with one lead assistant for 6-8 hours and only 1 in person meeting/call. These services start 1 month prior to your wedding.

Both packages include ensuring smooth procession down the aisle, wrangling the bridal party, guest management, timeline assistance, day coordination, and timely reminders to vendors 2 weeks prior to the event. You'll receive an enhanced level of personalized support to bring your dream wedding to life no matter which package you choose.

My experience began while working with a company that primarily organized corporate events. However, when they hosted a wedding for the first time, I fell in love with the magic of that special day. This prompted me to enroll in a course dedicated to wedding planning, allowing me to dive deeper into this enchanting world and ultimately pursue it on my own.  

Since 2020, I've been a dedicated wedding planner, navigating the challenges of the COVID era while establishing my own business. I've had the privilege of working in a variety of venues and collaborating with couples from across the country who choose to return to Ohio for their nuptials.   

My commitment to continuous learning keeps me up-to-date on the latest trends and fashions, ensuring that I can provide the best possible service for my clients and help them create the weddings they truly deserve.
