Wedding Management
This is perfect for the couples that are excited about wedding planning but worry about the execution on the day of. You work so hard to plan your perfect day and the last thing you should have to worry about is making sure it all gets done just how you imagined it. This is where we come in! We take care of coordinating the rehearsal, managing vendor interactions, providing referrals for necessary vendors, setting up your personal decor items and taking them down, ensuring floor plans match the diagram, greeting and directing guests, communicating with the caterer, coordinating timing with photographers, running and managing timelines, trouble-shooting, cueing musicians, lining up wedding party, steaming wrinkled linens, setting up place cards, wrangling the wedding party, pinning boutonnieres, review timing with the catering captain and many things in between. These services will start a couple months before the “I do’s”.

Our day-of coordinator services are designed for those who want assistance with decor setup and seamless event management. From greeting and directing vendors to ensuring the timely execution of your plans, we handle it all. Our team will expertly set up ceremony and reception decor, manage guests, create timelines, and oversee your rehearsal, ensuring that every detail is taken care of. This service starts a month prior to your wedding.
