 With our Full-Service Day-Of Coordination, you’ll have a dedicated Lead Coordinator and an Assistant Coordinator on-site to ensure every detail is handled with care and precision. 

We oversee the entire wedding day from start to finish so you can be fully present, stress-free, and immersed in every moment.

Our services include coordinating the rehearsal, managing vendor communication, providing referrals for any remaining vendors, and handling the complete setup and teardown of your personal décor items for both the ceremony and the reception. From floor plans and diagrams to final walkthroughs, we ensure every detail is aligned with your vision. 

On the wedding day, we greet and direct guests, communicate with the caterer, coordinate timing with photographers and musicians, run and manage timelines, troubleshoot any unexpected issues, cue entrances, line up the wedding party, steam linens if needed, place décor items, set up place cards, pin boutonnieres, and keep everything moving seamlessly. We also handle full teardown of décor at the end of the night so you and your loved ones can head home without lifting a finger.
